Okay, who the heck thought that it was a good idea to have Harry Belafonte, a.k.a. “The Banana Boat Song” guy, preaching to America, about American values? If you watch the video itself, he didn’t say anything controversial, because he simply quoted the first few lines of our Declaration of Independence. It was just, given his personal history, it was wildly inappropriate to have someone with his well documented belief system, preaching to America, about our values, on what is essentially a pseudo-National Holiday in America, Super Bowl Sunday.  Check out the video here.

The core principle of Americanism (American Values) is the belief in Unalienable Rights, which is espoused in our Declaration of Independence. It’s an appeal to the “Laws of Nature and of Nature’s God”. It’s the belief that the sole purpose of Government, particularly in these United States of America, is to protect the Unalienable Rights (Rights, given to us at the moment of our conception, by our Creator, that no lesser power has the authority to violate) of human beings in general, and American citizens in particular.

We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness.–That to secure these rights, Governments are instituted among Men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed, –That whenever any Form of Government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the Right of the People to alter or to abolish it, and to institute new Government, laying its foundation on such principles and organizing its powers in such form, as to them shall seem most likely to effect their Safety and Happiness.

Now let me put things in perspective for you, as to why this burned me up. Back on January 8, 2008, Mr. Day-O, was hanging out down in Venezuela with its brutal Communist Dictator, Hugo Chavez. Belafonte, who is well known for marching with Martin Luther King, Jr., was leading a delegation of fellow Marxist minded #Hollyweird types, like Danny Glover, as well as Democratic Socialist Academics, like Professor Cornel West. These America hating individuals met with the Venezuelan Dictator for several hours on that Saturday, with some of them, Belafonte in particular, staying over on Sunday to attend Chavez’s television and radio broadcast. Belafonte chose to make his feelings known about America, and had this to say to the people of Venezuela.

“No matter what the greatest tyrant in the world, the greatest terrorist in the world, George W. Bush says, we’re here to tell you: Not hundreds, not thousands, but millions of the American people … support your revolution,”

Folks, in case you didn’t know, which it wouldn’t surprise me if you were never properly educated about this in the Public School System, but Democratic Socialism has the same ideological premise that was held by the “National Sozialistische Deutsche Arbeiterpartei”. In case you don’t understand German, that translates into English as the “National Socialist German Workers Party”. And if you’re still a little slow on the uptake, that’s the Nazi Party, which Democratic Socialist in America constantly strive to associate with the Republican Party, and Conservatism in general.

So isn’t it ironic that back in January 2008, Mr. Banana Boat referred to the Republican President, George W. Bush, as “the greatest terrorist in the world”, yet his buddy, Nobel Peace Prize winning, Democrat President Obama, dropped over 3,000 more bombs (a total of 26,171) on majority Muslim countries, in his final year of office, 2016, than he did in 2015. That’s basically 3 bombs per hour, every hour, for an entire year…dropped by a Nobel Peace Prize winning President of the United States, who shares the ideology and values of Democratic Socialist around the world.

I’m sure that Mr. Belafonte is well aware of the “accomplishments” of Mr. Obama, yet that didn’t stop him from following the Democratic Socialist script, and projecting his values onto his political enemies. In December 2016, while speaking at Democracy Now!’s 20th anniversary celebration, the nearly 90 year old Social Justice Warrior had this to say about our incoming 45th President, Donald J. Trump.

In a few weeks from now, if there is a platform on which I will be privileged to stand and speak, my opening remarks will probably be something like “Welcome to the Fourth Reich.” I was talking with a comrade recently. He was a victim of the Third Reich. He was a victim of the great Holocaust and what happened to the Jewish people during the reign of Hitler. And all my life I have committed myself to making sure that here, this country, not for the want of effort, but I and so many others would be forever committed to the idea that America will remain an open and a free and a democratic society. With each cycle, those thoughts become a bit dimmed. Now, I think, more than ever, we are in need of Democracy Now!.

Once again, this sort of vile projecting and “virtue signalling” by Mr. Banana Boat is exactly why he was one of the worst possible candidates to deliver that speech on Super Bowl Sunday.

I would like to also address the “performance” from the highly talented and skilled gymnast, young Ms. Simone Biles. During this video, she read the following lines.

“Our forefathers got it right 240 years ago. Equality, freedom, they belong to us all. And in case we falter in our ways, they wrote it down for us to always remember and cherish. We, as Americans, have a duty to uphold and protect those rights. That is what unifies us. And the symbol of our unity has 50 stars and 13 stripes.”

I applaud Ms. Biles for her phenomenal performance at the 2016 Olympic Games in Rio. I can only imagine the amount of dedication and sacrifice it took to develop the skill set necessary to attain an Olympic Gold Medal. Now I would like to suggest that she invest a tiny fraction of that energy towards gaining knowledge and clarity about exactly what the Founders and Framers of our Constitution were actually striving to create. Contrary to popular belief, their goal, and the foundational principle of Americanism was not, nor should it ever be…”Equality”.

She, like countless others, has been misinformed, and miseducated. They have been taught to believe that the principles of the United States of America, are the same as those espoused by the Republic of France in their national motto, “Liberté, Equalité, Fraternité”, which translates into English as “Liberty, Equality, Fraternity”. The Republic of France has a culture which was largely influenced by their long history of rule by tyrannical monarchs. Their “generous” welfare state is one of the results of that culture and history. The gigantic bureaucracy dedicated to redistribution of wealth, and ensuring “Equality” is the mutant that has grown from that experiment in Democratic Socialism, and they have found out that it’s totally unsustainable.  Keep in mind, the glorious Republic of France, with their advanced and “enlightened” society, has had nearly 20 different “Constitutions” during the nearly 230 years since the Constitution of the United States of America was created. That Constitution was created with our Declaration of Independence as its framework. The preamble to our Constitution is pretty clear about why it was being created.

We the People of the United States, in Order to form a more perfect Union, establish Justice, insure domestic Tranquility, provide for the common defence, promote the general Welfare, and secure the Blessings of Liberty to ourselves and our Posterity, do ordain and establish this Constitution for the United States of America.

So Ms. Biles, just for your information, clarification, and education, “Equality” in America, as you have most likely been lead to believe, isn’t about “Equality of outcomes”, but it’s about “Equal” protection under the law, based on the fact that all of mankind was Created equally, in the image of our Creator. It would be in your best interest to avoid further association with Marxist-minded Democratic Socialist, like Mr. Belafonte, because his ideology is a deadly pathogen, which tends to cause people to get “stuck on stupid”, before it ultimately leads to mayhem, famine, destruction, and death.

Oh, and Congratulations to Tom Brady, and the New England Patriots. I’m sure the victory by a team called “The Patriots”, lead by someone who supports President Donald J. Trump, was a bitter pill to swallow for Mr. Belafonte.

But hey, maybe he was too busy watching a Meryl Streep movie to pay attention to the actual game, because he is probably too sophisticated to watch something that isn’t “the arts”.
