Local Cops + Autistic Boy = Perfection

J. DuVal

18-year-old Blaize Richard’s wish was to be a cop.  Blaize has Autism. For his birthday, the local police station (with coordination from his mother) came and visited, gifted him with a uniform of his own, and brought him in to the station for a visit.

Since then, Officer Mike Hill has become a friend to Blaize. He visits often, keeps him updated with news from the station, and calls him his “back up.” Blaize is certainly feeling like part of the squad these days.

Check out the full story here, and see how this community has come together through Officer Hill and his honorary partner, Blaize.–abc-news-topstories.html
