T.K.O. by M.L.K.

Leslie Brown

Can you just imagine how different things might be now, if Martin Luther King Jr. had not been killed?

I posit that far too many youth merely see him as some ICON of social justice. Don’t some of these same idiots see CHE GUEVARA that way too? Do they even know what M.L.K. stood for, and as importantly, how he stood for it?

What if that awful night in Memphis had never happened? Could professional race-baiters have EVEN had a chance to take root, like evil “kudzu”, with King alive?

King could have run intellectual CIRCLES around “bozos” like Maxine Waters, Sheila-of-the-400-year-old-Constitution Jackson-Lee, Al Charlatan and Jesse Jackson. He would have respectfully laughed his head off at them, all the while dressed in a classic suit, as opposed to those skanky, polyester, pin-striped suits that SOMEBODY WEARS…

Let’s look at some quotes from these EINSTEINS, shall we? (from Brainy Quote…now there’s some irony)

“A man who cannot be enticed by money or intimidated by the threat of jail or death has two of the strongest weapons that anyone has to offer.” ~Jesse Jackson   Ummm, Jackson’s son is prison at the moment…guess what he was enticed with? Maybe Jackson should have thrown SEX in there too, as an “enticement”, what with Bill Clinton…

“Who defines terrorists? Today’s terrorist is tomorrow’s friend.” ~Al Sharpton     Seriously, you can’t make this stuff up!!! (Hmmm, that’s what Obama thinks too!)

“James Brown became my father. He talked to me the way a father would talk to a son. He became the father I never had.” ~Al Sharpton      That explains A LOT.

“Great things happen in small places. Jesus was born in Bethlehem, Jesse Jackson was born in Greenville” (Geez, I almost expected a lightning bolt by PROXY for typing that!)

“I have a right to my anger, and I don’t want anybody telling me I shouldn’t be, that it’s not nice to be, and that something’s wrong with me because I get angry.” ~Maxine Waters Hmmmmm…….

“I am a queen, and I demand to be treated like a queen.” ~ Sheila Jackson Lee (You have to give the woman “mad props” at least doing what she says she gonna do. AMIRITE?)

“THE” MAN:
“Darkness cannot drive out darkness; only light can do that. Hate cannot drive out hate; only love can do that.” Martin Luther King, Jr.

“The function of education is to teach one to think intensively and to think critically. Intelligence plus character – that is the goal of true education.” (P.S. you can’t teach character without MORALS or the Judeo/Christian values) Martin Luther King, Jr.

“I submit to you that if a man hasn’t discovered something that he will die for, he isn’t fit to live.” (Can you see OBAMA willing to die for the United States? Just sayin’) Martin Luther King, Jr.

“I have a dream that one day little black boys and girls will be holding hands with little white boys and girls.” Martin Luther King, Jr.

I’m sooo thinking that Martin Luther King Jr. would have loved this site!

Here is a definitional type quote for you. “When a follower becomes a leader and continues to act as a follower, he will inherently lead from behind”. – Blue Collar Worker in South Carolina
