Things not O.K. in Oklahoma…

Leslie Brown

When beheadings happen overseas, sadly they don’t have the same sense of urgency as when they happen close to home. As Jeremiah Wright says, “The chickens are coming home to roost.”

The ultimate in “workplace violence” occurred yesterday, in Oklahoma City. A former employee of Vaughan Foods in Oklahoma City, exacted revenge on former co-workers after his recent firing. Another employee was wounded in the attack as well.

According to witnesses, the man had recently been trying to convert co-workers to Islam; apparently he had no “takers”. More carnage was averted as company official Mark Vaughan is a reserve sheriff’s deputy, so he made use of his Second Amendment right to stop the attack from continuing.

Both the wounded employee and the suspect are in the hospital in stable condition. Due to the nature of the attack, the FBI has been asked to investigate.

This is yet another example of an attack that doesn’t involve a gun, but had to be stopped with a gun. The sad irony, is that rules have been relaxed with regards to immigration, and our sieve of a border, but liberals still insist on making gun laws more stringent. Then again, when is liberal thought logical?
