It wasn’t the TRAFFIC at a CRAWL on this highway…..

Bryant Collins of Georgia saw something out of the corner of his eye while driving on the highway to work.  Nah, couldn’t be.  Could it?  A baby here?

This little “ginger” headed baby pictured looking up at Collins as if thinking, “Are you kidding me man?”, had crawled some 300 yards from her home and nearly onto Highway 72. Don’t you know her little knees were red and raw?

What a great gift for Bryant Collins to save this precious new life with his new life, free from drugs following ten years in prison. The fresh start for Collins, and his drive to work as an auto mechanic provided the chance encounter with the little “escape artist”.

Collins held on to the baby for two hours until parents could be found. When she cried he played her gospel music from his iphone. Collins said enjoys gospel music himself to calm down and knew coming out of prison he needed to be a different man than the one he was when he went in.

“I did 10 years in the federal institution for manufacturing cocaine,” he said. “When I was in prison, I made a very conscientious effort to change, and I did.”

Language warning…. for the H-E-“double toothpicks” word in the video.

Who knows what this little girl will grow up to be…
